Food Products (Perishable Goods)
Because our snacks are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they leave our facility. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@bonbettersnacks.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right through a replacement or refund.
Non-Perishable Products (Hats, Clothing, etc.)
We have a 30-day return policy for non-perishable items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@bonbettersnacks.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@bonbettersnacks.com.

For non-perishable goods, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item, or if it’s damaged or defective, contact us right away at info@bonbettersnacks.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
