BON was founded in Houston in 2025 by Alex Foda with one conviction: that choice should not exist. Real ingredients, handled with care, can nourish the body and satisfy it in equal measure. That is what BON was built to prove.

Our team carries its roots across continents — France, Senegal, Switzerland, Spain, Egypt, Romania — and brings them together in Texas. Among us are endurance athletes, coaches, and people who have long believed that the relationship between food and the body deserves both rigor and pleasure.
